This Privacy Policy applies to the information collected on Tribal Health’s website (www.tribalhealth.com) (the “Website”), the information collected by Tribal Health through its third-party scheduling application (the “Scheduling App”), the information collected by Tribal Health through its third-party resume and credentialing optimization tools (“Rippin’ Resume” or “SNAP Resume”), and the information collected by Tribal Health through its in-person or other interactions with you (“Interactions”) (together, the “Services”).

SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
This section supplements our Privacy Policy and only applies to our processing of personal information that is subject to California Consumer Privacy Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq. as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”).

In the preceding 12 months, we have not knowingly collected or processed personal information pertaining to children under the age of 16.

If we process sensitive data as defined by California law, we will only do so for the purposes specifically authorized by California law and in a manner that is necessary and proportionate for those purposes. As such, we do not perform any processing for which a Right to Restrict request is available.

For requests submitted via email, you must provide us with sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the individual about whom we collected the personal information and describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly evaluate and respond to it. If we are not able to verify your identity with the information provided, we may ask you for additional pieces of information. You may choose a person or business that you authorize to act on your behalf to submit your requests (“Authorized Agent”). If you choose to use an Authorized Agent, we require that you provide the Authorized Agent with written permission to allow them to submit your request and that you verify your identity directly with us. Failure to do so may result in us denying your request.
RIGHTS OF NEVADA RESIDENTS
If you are a consumer in the State of Nevada, you may request to opt-out of the current or future sale of certain of your personal information. We do not currently sell any of your personal information under Nevada law, nor do we plan to do so in the future. However, you can submit a request to opt-out of future sales, as defined by Nevada law, by contacting us at privacy@tribalhealth.com. Please include “Opt-Out Request Under Nevada Law” in the subject line and body of your message.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We implement and maintain reasonable security measures, such as encryption and access controls, to protect the personal information we collect and store. Our security includes physical, administrative, and technology-based measures. Please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is 100% secure, therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
DATA RETENTION
We store personal information for as long as necessary to carry out the purposes for which we originally collected it and for other legitimate business purposes, including to meet our legal, regulatory, or other compliance obligations.
We determine how long to retain your personal information by taking into account various criteria, such as the type of Services provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, possible re-enrollment with our Services, the impact on our Services we provide to you if we delete some information from or about you, and our obligations under applicable law.
You have the option to opt-in for extended data retention of your information collected via Rippin’ Resume or SNAP Resume and by opting in you agree to allow us to retain your resume information for up to one year (or longer if selected) beyond the initial application period. You can opt-in by checking the appropriate box during the resume submission process or by updating your preferences in your account settings.
DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURE
We do not support Do Not Track (DNT).
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen. We do not collect personal information from any individual that we know to be under the age of eighteen except with the requisite permission of that individual’s parent or guardian.
UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
